Mr. Jonker is an accomplished financial leader in the mining industry with almost 30 years of experience. He recently served as CFO of Nevada Copper Corp, where he led the corporate finance functions as the company transitioned to project developer and into initial start-up of production. Prior to his appointment as CFO, he also served as Interim CEO and Non-Executive Director of Nevada Copper. Mr. Jonker has played a pivotal role in several business recoveries and restructurings, was a key team member in management and at the board level in the strategic growth of a number of public companies and has participated, raised and overseen the raising of more than $750 million in the form of equity and debt instruments in the mining industry. He is a registered Chartered Accountant in British Columbia, (Canada), England, Wales and South Africa. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in the United Kingdom and holds a Masters degree in South African and International Tax from the Rand Afrikaans University, South Africa.

Mr. Macdonald is a professional geologist with a diverse experience base including exploration geology worldwide and investment banking. In recent years he has focused his efforts in exploration and development as a principal of and consultant to various junior mining companies. In the past he was in the City of London where he worked in structuring financings and risk management at Macquarie Bank. In 2007 Mr. Macdonald graduated with an MBA (with Distinction) from Oxford. He completed his B.Sc. in Geology from UBC in 2000. Mr. Macdonald has a long history of mining exploration work in Yukon, including zinc projects, and originally hails from Ross River, near the Macmillan Pass Project site. He is a Professional Geologist registered with Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia (EGBC).

Jason Mercier is an investor and media relations professional with more than 20 years of experience acquired in a range of mining companies, from exploration-stage juniors to a $15-billion market-cap producer. He has significant experience building investor support at the institutional, family office and retail levels.

Luke Alexander brings extensive resource sector experience, knowledge and contacts to Newcore, particularly in West Africa. He has raised billions of dollars and structured deals for major mining companies while advising some of the world’s top institutional investment funds. Mr. Alexander began his investment banking career in the private client group at BMO Nesbitt Burns in Toronto, then started up an equity trading desk for Toronto Dominion in London before doing the same for National Bank. In 2008, he became senior partner at GMP Securities in London. Throughout his investment banking career, he helped fund many major resource projects in West Africa. In 2018, Mr. Alexander founded Park Road Capital, a Vancouver-based, natural resource focused consulting company where he continued to leverage his relationships in London.

Marco Roque is also co-founder of Reyna Silver, a silver exploration company, and co-founder and director of Arabian Shield Resources, a private mining company.

Rick has more than 40 years of experience in the natural resource sector. Before joining Contango Ore in January 2020, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Trilogy Metals, who are currently developing the high- grade Upper Kobuk Mineral Projects located in the Ambler Mining District of Alaska. Trilogy is a company which was created in 2012 as a spin-out from NOVAGOLD, a well-known company he founded over 20 years ago. NOVAGOLD is currently finalizing permits for the 40 million ounce Donlin Gold Project in Southwest Alaska with partner Barrick Gold, the world’s largest gold company. Previous to his role as Founder, President, and CEO of NOVAGOLD, he held the position of Vice President of Exploration for Placer Dome Inc. from 1990 to 1997. In addition to his international exploration perspective, Rick brings years of working experience in and knowledge of Alaska to Contango. Rick has managed projects from grassroots discovery through to advanced feasibility, production and closure. He has played a key role in setting up several other corporate entities including: Alexco - where he remains a Director - which is rejuvenating the Keno Hill Silver District in the Yukon; Tintina Resource (now Sandfire Resources America), which discovered and is now completing a feasibility study + permitting the high grade Black Butte copper project in Montana; and SolidusGold, where he is Chairman. Rick holds a Candidature degree in Science from the Université de Louvain, Belgium, and a Master of Science degree in Geology from the University of Arizona. He received the Thayer Lindsley award in 2009 for his role in the Donlin Gold discovery and the Colin Spence Award in 2016 for his role in the Bornite Discovery.

Ryan King has over 15 years of experience in increasingly senior capacities in capital markets in the resource sector. During his career, he has assisted in raising $350 million for previous companies. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Royal Roads University in British Columbia, Canada.

Mr. Cacos has over 20 years of investor relations experience working with public mining companies, ranging from early-stage exploration and development to production. Most recently, Mr. Cacos served as Vice President, Investor Relations for First Mining Gold, a Canadian gold development company listed on the TSX and OTCQX, focused on the development and permitting of the Springpole Gold Project, one of the largest undeveloped gold projects in Canada.

Ms. Christie has over 20 years’ experience in the exploration and mining business. She became the President and CEO of Banyan in 2016. Prior to that she was the President of privately owned Gimlex Gold Mines Ltd. (2006-2016), one the Yukons largest placer mining operations and was involved in consulting for exploration, mining, environmental assessment, government, community and First Nation relations, including working with First Nation development corporations. She is currently is on the Boards of Constantine Metal Resources Ltd (since 2006) and Klondike Gold Corp. and Western Copper and Gold. Ms. Christie has been a board member of PDAC, AMEBC and other industry associations and was a founding board member of the Yukon Environmental and Socio-Economic Assessment Board (2004-2016). She is active in non-profits and charities, including being President of a charity “Every Student, Every Day” that works to improve attendance in Yukon schools. Ms. Christie has B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees from the University of British Columbia and is a registered professional engineer in BC and Yukon.

A former COO of Barrick Gold Corporation from 2015-2018, Mr. Williams is a global executive with an established track-record of value creation, pioneering and transformational leadership within the Mining Industry and other demanding assignments. Amongst other notable achievements, this helped Barrick deliver an 80% improvement in the company’s operating profit over his three years, and the total overhaul of the Company’s relationship with the Tanzanian Government following a breakdown of relations between a Barrick subsidiary and that government. Formerly, the CEO of an African and Central Asian focused exploration business, and Non-Executive Director of Gem Diamonds PLC, he was also the Commanding Officer of the British Special Forces Regiment – the SAS. He is currently a Non-Executive Director of Trevali Mining Corporation, Chair of Trevali’s HSEC Committee and an advisor to mining companies facing complex operational, political or ESG challenges. A former Executive General Manager of Barrick Gold’s Lumwana Copper Mine in Zambia, Mr Ash is an experienced American Mining Engineer and modernizing leader, with a proven track record of building and leading teams capable of optimizing and enhancing the operating efficiency, profitability and sustainability of mining operations in complex and challenging environments. During his tenure at Lumwana Mr. Ash Delivered over $100M in sustainable free cash flow improvements, achieved 50% improvement in safety performance, executed a training and development program achieving 96% local workforce, and progressed expansion plans that doubled the value of mine. Geologist with over 15 years experience exploring for gold, base metals, and geothermal resources. BSc and MSc in Geology. Prior to founding Headwater Gold, Caleb served as Senior Geologist for Kinross Gold Corporation, responsible for greenfields project generation and advanced property evaluation in Nevada. Previous roles with NovaGold, Tintina Resources, and Ram Power working on diverse resource projects from Central America to Alaska

Mr. Beischer is a seasoned explorationist with a solid track record of success, previously with Inco Ltd., and the Bristol Bay Native Corporation. He is a geologist and mining engineering technologist having graduated from Laurentian University (1987), Sudbury, Ontario, and the Haileybury School of Mines (1981), Haileybury, Ontario. Mr. Beischer is a certified professional geologist (#10505) with the American Institute of Professional Geologists. Mr. Beischer is the past President of the Alaska Miners Association, and serves on the Alaska Minerals Commission.

Keith has 25 years’ global experience in the mineral exploration industry throughout Africa, Europe, and North and South America. He was educated in Europe, graduating with M.Sc. in geology and has extensive experience in multiple commodities. At Cardero Resource Corp. he played a critical role in advancing the Pampa de Pongo project through a positive scoping study and ultimate sale for US$100 million cash. Keith has founded and led a number of public companies within the resource sector and serves on the board of several public companies.

Carl Gutsche brings over 10 years of diverse mineral exploration and technical experience to the team complimented by a strong track record in innovation and discovery. He is an active participant in the development of modern communications, visual products and marketing materials in support of translating resource opportunities and value creation throughout the exploration sector.

Chris Fogg has over seven years of experience in Investor Relations and Corporate Development. At Perpetua Resources, he is responsible for leading the companys investor relations program and ensuring its investment thesis is well understood by all stakeholders.

Christopher Ritchie is a financial markets professional with 15 years of experience in resource-based capital markets, including investment banking, marketing, corporate strategy and network and risk management.

Simon Dyakowski brings to Aztec Minerals over 12 years of corporate development and capital markets experience, with an expertise in strategic planning and execution, financing and marketing of exploration companies.

Blaine Monaghan has a proven track record of creating shareholder value in the mining industry. He has been involved in capital raises totalling more than $100 million for exploration projects around the globe and has worked with a number of companies subject to M&A.
