NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING AND CLOSED PERIOD OF SUNU ASSURANCES NIGERIA PLCNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the meeting of the Board of Directors of SUNU Assurances Nigeria Plc (the Company) is scheduled to hold on Wednesday, 22ndApril 2026 to review and approve the Quarterly Financial Statements for the first quarter ending 31stMarch 2026 (2026 Q1 UFS).
Pursuant to Rule 17:18 (a) of the Exchange's Rulebook on Closed Period (as amended), the Closed Period which commenced on 1 January 2026 shall remain in effect until twenty-four (24) hours after the release of the Company's Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31stDecember 2025 (2025 AFS) and the 2026 Q1 UFS to the public.
Consequently, no insider of the Company and their connected persons shall deal in the securities of the Company directly or indirectly during this Closed Period.
