NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE OF BOARD MEETING DATESUNU Assurances Nigeria Plc (the "Company") wishes to inform its esteemed shareholders and the investing public that the Board meeting of the Company, earlier scheduled to hold on Wednesday, 22ndApril 2026 to review and approve the Quarterly Financial Statements for the first quarter ended 31stMarch 2026 (2026 Q1 UFS), has now been rescheduled to hold on Monday 27thApril, 2026.
The Closed Period shall remain in effect until twenty-four (24) hours after the release of the Company's 2026 Q1 UFS to Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX).
