NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING OF SUNU ASSURANCES NIGERIA PLC TO DISCUSS RECAPITALIZATION PLANS
SUNU Assurances Nigeria Plc ("the Company") hereby notifies its esteemed shareholders, stakeholders, and the investing public that the Board of Directors of the Company will meet on Monday, 9t' February 2026.
The purpose of the meeting is to deliberate on urgent and strategic matters concerning the recapitalization of the Company, in line with regulatory requirements and the Company's longterm groMh objectives.
Pursuant to the provisions of Rule 17.18(a) Closed Period Rules, Rulebook of the Exchange, 2015 (As amended) (Issuers' Rules), the Company commenced a closed period effective 1 January 2026, for trading in its shares. The closed period will remain in effect until twenty-four
(24) hours after the release of the outcome of the meeting and the Audited Financial Statement for the year ended 31 December 2025.
Consequently, no insider of the Company and their connected persons shall deal in the securities of the Company, directly or indirectly when the trading window is closed.
