NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING AND CLOSED PERIOD OF SUNU ASSURANCES NIGERIA PLC
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the Board of Directors of 6UNU Assurances Nigeria Plc (the Company) is scheduled to hold on Friday, 20 February 2026 to review and approve the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2025 (2025 AFS).
Pursuant to the provisions of rule 17.18(a) Closed Period Rules, Rulebook of the Exchange, 2015 (As amended) (Issuers' Rules), the Company commenced a closed period effective 1 January 2026, for trading in its shares. The closed period will remain until twenty-four (24) hours after the Company's 2025 AFS have been released to the public.
Consequently, no insider of the Company and their connected persons shall deal in the securities of the Company, directly or indirectly when the trading window is closed.
