SUNU Assurances Nigeria Plc ("the Company") hereby notifies its esteemed shareholders, stakeholders and the investing public that the emergency meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company previously scheduled for Friday, 30" January 2026 has been cancelled.
The meeting was cancelled to enable Management and professional parties involved in the recapitalization exercise to complete, verify, and finalize the requisite reports and technical documentation. These materials are essential for the Board's consideration and are critical to the successful progression of the recapitalization process.
