Punktid Technologies AS announces the submission of the audited annual report on 20.01.2026
Punktid Technologies AS announces that due to the auditor's heavy workload, it was not possible to submit the audited annual report for 2024 by the originally extended deadline (30.09.2025). The submission of the report will be postponed and, in cooperation with the auditor, we plan to publish it no later than 20.01.2026.
The management board of Punktid Technologies AS confirms that all necessary steps will be taken to ensure the high-quality completion of the report and, if necessary, relevant additional information will be disclosed in separate notifications.
