Punktid Technologies AS announces that there was a delay in preparing the report due to the change of accounting service provider. The newly selected accountant withdrew from providing the service on his own initiative, citing that the volume and complexity of the work exceeded his previous experience and skills.
Therefore, we were forced to start a new competition again. Considering the transition period associated with the new service provider and the need to coordinate and harmonize accounting data, it was not possible to submit the unaudited interim report for the second half of 2024 by the originally planned deadline (30.04.2025). The submission of the report is postponed and we plan to publish it no later than 15.06.2025.
The management board of Punktid Technologies AS confirms that all necessary steps will be taken to ensure the high-quality completion of the report and, if necessary, relevant additional information will be published in separate notifications.
