Punktid Technologies AS announces that due to the recent change of accounting service provider and the ongoing transition, there has been a delay in preparing the report.
Considering the transition period associated with the new service provider and the need to coordinate and harmonize accounting data, it is not possible to submit the 2024 audited annual report by the originally planned deadline (30.06.2025). The submission of the report is postponed and we plan to publish it no later than 30.09.2025.
The management board of Punktid Technologies AS confirms that all necessary steps will be taken to ensure the high-quality completion of the report and, if necessary, relevant additional information will be disclosed in separate notifications.
