Punktid Technologies AS announces that the audit of the 2024 annual report has been temporarily suspended due to negotiations with the investor.
The audit was put on hold in order to allow the circumstances related to the negotiations to be clarified and the possible impacts arising from them to be assessed before the audit can be continued. As of the time of publication of this announcement, the said negotiations are still pending.
The management board of Punktid Technologies AS confirms that the audit will be continued as soon as possible after the circumstances have been clarified and the schedule between the auditor and the company has been specified. The company will inform the market of further significant developments immediately in accordance with applicable requirements.
