According to the agreement reached between the member of the management board and the supervisory board, the resignation will take effect on 31 March 2026. The previous resignation application remains valid and is only a change of the effective date specified in the application. The change is related to the termination of negotiations based on the non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed on 11 November 2025, of which the Company informed the market in a separate stock exchange announcement. In connection with the completion of the investor engagement process, the Company considers it necessary to ensure continuity of management and a proper transition process. Until March 31, 2026 or until a new member of the Management Board is appointed, Hannes Niid will continue to perform all duties arising from the law, the Articles of Association and the requirements of the Nasdaq First North market, including investor relations, regulatory reporting and public communication. The Company's Management Board has the power to make decisions and the Company's daily business operations will continue as usual. The Company has started a search for a new Management Board member. Given the Company's strategic goal to strengthen the capital base and accelerate growth, the key role of the new Management Board member is to actively and effectively attract investments.
