Siloni Waraich is a risk management professional, with deep expertise in governance, brand reputation management, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory affairs. Her 25+ years of professional work have spanned such diverse subject matters as agriculture, home building, health and safety compliance, mining and mental health services. She currently acts as a strategic advisor to mining companies and not-for-profit associations. Siloni has an M.B.A. specializing in Organizational Effectiveness, has achieved the Business Sustainability Management Certificate from Cambridge University, and is currently a candidate for the Global ESG Competent Boards Designation.

A former COO of Barrick Gold Corporation from 2015-2018, Mr. Williams is a global executive with an established track-record of value creation, pioneering and transformational leadership within the Mining Industry and other demanding assignments. Amongst other notable achievements, this helped Barrick deliver an 80% improvement in the company’s operating profit over his three years, and the total overhaul of the Company’s relationship with the Tanzanian Government following a breakdown of relations between a Barrick subsidiary and that government. Formerly, the CEO of an African and Central Asian focused exploration business, and Non-Executive Director of Gem Diamonds PLC, he was also the Commanding Officer of the British Special Forces Regiment – the SAS. He is currently a Non-Executive Director of Trevali Mining Corporation, Chair of Trevali’s HSEC Committee and an advisor to mining companies facing complex operational, political or ESG challenges. Mr. Zaunscherb is a Canadian geologist with over thirty-two years, and six cycles, of experience as a mining analyst. He most recently served as Managing Director, Research – Metals & Mining Analyst at Canaccord Genuity where he co-ordinated the firm’s global mining equity research team. He has enjoyed experiencing best practices in Capital Markets at several leading firms, and reviewing and evaluating hundreds of exploration, development, and mining projects globally. He embraces new technologies and industry initiatives in diversity and socially responsible investing, ensuring that local communities receive lasting benefits from mineral resource development.
