J.T. is a global business executive, with extensive experience in the junior mining and minerals space focused on market development, capital raising, project finance, business strategy, and product placement. Prior to joining 5E Advanced materials, he was the Chief Marketing Officer for Anglo American Crop Nutrients, focusing on building the largest greenfield fertilizer mining operation around the world. J.T. has been a Board Advisor/Member to various junior mining companies focused on various minerals including, Gold, Magnesite, Kaolin, Tungsten and Nickel. J.T. holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from St. John’s University.

A former Executive General Manager of Barrick Gold’s Lumwana Copper Mine in Zambia, Mr Ash is an experienced American Mining Engineer and modernizing leader, with a proven track record of building and leading teams capable of optimizing and enhancing the operating efficiency, profitability and sustainability of mining operations in complex and challenging environments. During his tenure at Lumwana Mr. Ash Delivered over $100M in sustainable free cash flow improvements, achieved 50% improvement in safety performance, executed a training and development program achieving 96% local workforce, and progressed expansion plans that doubled the value of mine.

Mr. O’Shea has over 20 years of finance experience across diverse industries and countries. Mr. O’Shea was CFO of Fiore Gold Ltd. from May 2018 until its recent acquisition by Calibre Mining Corp. Prior to that, he spent eight years with New Gold Inc., initially as Vice President of Finance where he oversaw financial reporting, financial planning, internal audit, and tax and then as Vice President, Business Development, responsible for corporate development, investor relations, and strategic capital allocation. Mr. O'Shea is a Chartered Professional Accountant and has an Honours Business Administration degree from the Ivey Business School.
