Donald K. Baxter
CEO at Ceylon Graphite
Don Baxter is one of the premier graphite experts outside of China, having built one of only two producing graphite mines in North America. Don is also CEO of private Company, Applied Graphite Technologies. Prior to this, Don served as President, CEO and Executive Director of Alabama Graphite Corp, successfully completing the company’s disruptive Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) and introducing a new, battery-focused strategy.

Mark Jarvis
CEO at Giga Metals
Mr. Jarvis has more than 30 years experience in exploration and development of mineral resources, both in oil and gas and metals.
After a career in financing exploration projects as a stockbroker, Mr. Jarvis moved to the corporate side of the business in 1996. He joined the Board of Ultra Petroleum, which at the time was a small oil and gas exploration and development company with a large, unconventional gas deposit. As Director responsible for Corporate Finance, he raised the equity capital necessary to prove the concept and to establish enough production to finance further growth with debt.
Mr. Jarvis became CEO of Giga Metals Corporations predecessor company in January 2004. During his tenure, the company has drilled off a giant nickel/cobalt deposit, worked out a reliable metallurgical circuit, and published a Preliminary Economic Assessment.

Sean Samson
President & CEO at EV Nickel
Mr.Samson is a mining executive with more than 20 years of management and financial experience. He was most recently VP & Head of Corporate Development at FNI Mining for four years, including a period of six month as interim COO, responsible for safety, mine development and operations at a 250-person underground mine near Sudbury, Ontario. In 2012, he won the Canadian Young Mining Leader award from the CIM. Prior to FNI, he was VP Commercial Development at Kinross Gold Corporation for five years where he had diverse, multi-functional responsibilities including: supply chain, energy, merger integration, enterprise risk and capital approvals, leading a team of more than 300 people across eight countries. Before Kinross he was a management consultant at Bain & Company and traded for investment banks in New York and Europe. Sean received his A.B. from Harvard University, and MBA from Cambridge and has completed his Surface Miner Common Core in Ontario. He is a past elected PDAC board member and a Cleantech advisor at MaRS, a Toronto-based Innovation Centre.
Terry Lynch
CEO, President & Director at Power Nickel
Terry is the CEO of Power Nickel Inc. and the Founder of Save Canadian Mining. Power Nickel is advancing the NISK project in James Bay Quebec. NISK has a historical resource of approximately 3-over-3 million-tonne 2 percent NiEq. Power completed an initial 3D modelling of the project and is drilling 4,000 metres in Q4 with a view to having a new technical report published in Q1 2022.
