Sasha Jacob brings 23 years of experience in the finance sector, including founding and leading a full service investment dealer focused on the renewable power and infrastructure sectors. He has managed over 100 transactions in the renewable sector and has participated in renewable financings valued at more than $7 billion. Mr. Jacob was recognized by Institutional Investor as one of the “5 Most Influential Emerging Players in Renewable Energy” globally. Sasha is the Chair of Maritime Launch Services (NEO:MAXQ), Chair of Nature United, Chair of Plan Catalyst and former Vice Chair of World Wildlife Fund and Director of Plan International.

Mr. Nykoliation joined the senior management team at NextSource Materials as Vice President in 2007 and leads the development and implementation of strategic partnerships and offtakes with supply chain customers. In addition, Mr. Nykoliation oversees all communications with institutional investors and analysts for the Company. He brings over 20 years of senior management experience, having held marketing and strategic development positions with several Fortune 500 corporations in Canada, notably Nestlé, Home Depot and Whirlpool. Mr. Nykoliation holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours degree from Queen’s University.

Mr. Pearce is an entrepreneur and founding partner with more than 20 years of experience in planning and managing complex operations throughout the Americas. He has a wide range of consulting, advisory and capital markets experience including technical services, project & asset development, business administration & incorporation services, deal origination, M&A advisory, market & benchmark studies, valuation services, corporate advisory services and risk assessment. Richard has been based in Sao Paulo, Brazil since 2008, and is a native speaker of English as well as being fluent in Portuguese and Spanish. Country experience includes Canada, United States and most countries throughout Latin America. He is also a Qualified Person (QP) as defined by NI 43-101.
