NOTIFICATION OF RESIGNATION OF MANAGING DIRECTOR

TRANS-NATIONWIDE EXPRESS PLC (the Company) would like to announce that its Managing Director, Mr. Eric Emecheta has resigned from the Board of the Company with effect from 30th July, 2025 and his resignation has been duly accepted by the Board.

The Company wishes to express its profound gratitude to Mr. Eric Emecheta for his services during his tenure as Managing Director/CEO of the Company and wishes him all the best in his future endeavours.

Also, we like to inform the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and the general public that Mrs. Oluwatosin Ogbemi has been appointed as the Ag. Managing Director/CEO of the Company with effect from 16th September, 2025.

Oluwatosin is a graduate of Actuarial Science from the University of Lagos. She is a seasoned strategic thinker with a wealth of experience spanning across various sectors. Tosin has had the privilege of overseeing different aspects of the business, from Corporate Services, Operations to Business Development, alongside the Managing Director, providing strategic leadership for the entire organization.

She has attended several executive trainings including "The Role of Non-Executive Directors" (IOD, 2013), Senior Management Programme (SMP 78, 2021) at the prestigious Lagos Business School (LBS), where she is also currently undergoing her Executive MBA Programme. She is also a chartered member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).
