NOTICE OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS' MEETING
Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Trans-Nationwide Express PLC (The Company) is scheduled to hold on Tuesday, 17th March, 2026.
The meeting is principally to consider and approve the Company's Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December, 2025 (2025 AFS).
Pursuant to the Closed Period Rule of the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX or The Exchange), the Company had commenced its closed period on Thursday, January 1, 2026 and will continue until twenty-four (24) hours after the release of the 2025 AFS.
In view of the above, no insider of the Company and their connected persons may directly or indirectly deal in the securities of the Company until twenty-four (24) hours after the release of the 2025 AFS through The Exchange's Issuers' Portal.
