ANNOUNCEMENT OF CLOSED PERIOD FOR 2025 AUDITED RESULTS
Trans-Nationwide Express PLC (the Company) hereby notifies Nigerian Exchange Limited (The Exchange) and the investing public that Pursuant to the Closed Period rule of The Exchange, the closed period for trading in the Company's shares has commenced on Thursday, January 1, 2026 and will continue until twenty-four (24) hours after the release of the Audited Financial Results for the year ended 31st December 2025.
In view of the above, no insider of the Company and their connected persons may directly or indirectly deal in the securities of the Company until twenty-four (24) hours after the release of the Audited Financial Results for the year ended 31st December 2025 through The Exchange's Issuers' Portal.
