INABILITY TO MEET THE DEADLINE FOR FILING OF Q1 2025 UNAUDITED
FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
This is to inform The Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and the investing public that Trans- Nationwide Express PLC (the Company) will not be able to submit its 1st Quarter Unaudited Financial Statements for the period ended 31 March 2025 (the Report) which will be due for submission on Wednesday, 30th April, 2025 as a result of data migration into the Company's new software and the challenges currently being experienced with the exercise and as such the Report will not be ready for submission to the Exchange on the deadline date.
The Company is hopeful that the Report will be submitted not later than Friday, 30th May, 2025 when all the issues currently being experienced with the data migration process would have been resolved.
We appreciate the support of our esteem shareholders and the investing public and every inconvenience this might cause is regretted.
