Mostostal Warszawa S.A. has completed the redevelopment and expansion of the C11 educational building for Wrocław University of Science and Technology. The value of the contract amounted to PLN 24.9 million gross.

The project involved the comprehensive redevelopment and refurbishment of the existing facility, as well as the construction of a new four-storey wing in the form of a cuboid, directly adjoining the existing building. The investment has significantly enhanced the university's educational and research capabilities.
The scope of works included comprehensive structural and finishing works, together with electrical, telecommunications and sanitary installations, as well as ventilation systems.
The new facility was designed to support modern teaching and scientific research. It includes teaching rooms, a 165-seat lecture hall, computer and neuroengineering laboratories, seminar rooms and auxiliary facilities. The building will serve as the headquarters of the Faculty of Fundamental Problems of Technology at Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
Supporting regional development
For many years, Mostostal Warszawa S.A. has been actively contributing to the development of Lower Silesia through the delivery of numerous infrastructure projects across the region.
In addition to the modernization of the C11 building, the company will complete the construction of a PKP railway siding in Wrocław and another project supporting Polish education this year - the refurbishment of a student residence hall for Wrocław Medical University.
Mostostal Warszawa S.A. is also constructing an important section of the S8 expressway between Niemcza and Ząbkowice Śląskie, which will significantly improve transport connections in this part of the country.
