Extension of time to file the audited financial statement

This is to inform our valued Shareholders and the investing public that International Breweries Plc (''the Company'') was unable to file its Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2025 (2025 AFS), by the stipulated deadline of March 31, 2026, as required under the Rules of Nigerian Exchange Limited ("The Exchange" or "NGX").

This is as a result of unforeseen delays in the completion of the Company's audit process by its External Auditors. While the audit is ongoing, the Company is working closely with its Auditors to ensure that the 2025 AFS are completed in line with applicable regulatory standards and best practices. The 2025 AFS and 2026 Q1 UFS will be filed no later than April 8, 2026 and April 30, 2026, respectively.

We are currently working with our Auditors to ensure prompt and accurate report of the financial results. We appreciate the patience and understanding of all stakeholders during this period and reaffirm our dedication to upholding the principles of good governance.
