Lagos, 24 April 2026 Resolutions passed at the Board of Directors Meeting
At the meeting of the Board of Directors of International Breweries Plc ("the Company") held via Teleconference on Friday, 24 April 2026, the following resolutions were proposed and duly passed:
IT WAS RESOLVED "THAT the Unaudited Financial Statements (FS) for the period ended 31st March 2026 be and are hereby approved". IT WAS RESOLVED "THAT the approved Unaudited FS be submitted to the Regulatory Authorities in their prescribed forms, and
- IT WAS FURTHER RESOLVED "THAT the Company Secretary be and is hereby authorized to publish in the prescribed forms, the Unaudited FS in two (2) National dailies.
Please note that the Company's Closed Period, which commenced on 1st April 2026, will remain in effect until after the release of the Unaudited FS.
Also, the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2025 have been filed as at 10 April 2026.
