Lagos, Nigeria 14 April 2026 Notification of Board Meeting and Commencement of Closed Period for International Breweries Plc Pursuant to the provisions of the Nigerian Exchange Limited ("NGX") Rulebook and the Insider Trading Policy of International Breweries Plc ("the Company"), we hereby notify NGX, our shareholders and the investing public that the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to meet on Friday, 24th April 2026 to consider the Unaudited Financial Statements for the period ended 31st March 2026, amongst other matters.

The closed period which commenced on Wednesday 1st April 2026 will remain in effect until twenty-four (24) hours after the Unaudited Financial Statements for the period ended 31st March 2026 is released to NGX and the public.

During this period, all insiders and their connected persons are advised not to trade in the shares of the Company.
