Notification of Board Meeting and Commencement of Closed Period for International Breweries Plc
Pursuant to the provisions of the Nigerian Exchange Limited ("NGX") Rulebook and International Breweries Plc's ("the Company") Insider Trading Policy, we hereby notify NGX, our shareholders and the investing public that the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to meet on Thursday, 29th January 2026 to consider the Unaudited Financial Statements for the period ended 31st December 2025, amongst other matters.
The closed period commenced on Thursday, 1st January 2026 and will remain in effect until twenty-four (24) hours after the Unaudited Financial Statements for the period ended 31st December 2025 and the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31st December 2025 are released to NGX and the public.
