Interconexión Eléctrica S.A. E.S.P. (ISA) announces that Catalina María Ceballos Muller, who has served as Corporate Risk Director, will conclude her tenure with the company today, December 3.

While the selection process for a new director is underway, Hugo Nicolás Genoni, current Vice President of Risk and Compliance, will assume responsibility for the Risk Directorate on an interim basis.

Nicolás brings 20 years of experience leading internal audit, compliance, and risk management processes, five of which have been at ISA and its subsidiaries, serving as Vice President and as Director of Audit, Compliance & SOX at ISA Energía in Brazil. Additionally, he has worked at multinational companies such as General Motors, Accenture, and Ernst & Young. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the National University of La Plata in Argentina and an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) in Brazil.
