Medellin, November 14, 2025 RELEVANT INFORMATION ISA Ratifies Chief Road Concessions Officer and appoints new Director of Distributed Energy Solutions Interconexión Eléctrica S.A. E.S.P. (ISA) announces the following appointments: Natalia Pineda Betancur, current acting Chief Road Concessions Officer since March 2025, has been confirmed in her position as of December 1, 2025. Additionally, Ana Isabel Rendón Giraldo has been appointed director of the Distributed Energy Solutions business and will assume this role starting November 18, 2025. ‌Natalia Pineda Betancur to serve as Chief Road Concessions Officer Natalia has over 22 years of experience in strategic direction, business growth and development, investment banking, project management, and corporate management. She has worked at ISA for 17 years as a New Business Specialist and, since 2021, as the Planning and Roads business unit director. She is also a member of boards of directors in Colombia, Chile, and Panama. She holds a degree in engineering management from the National University of Colombia, a specialization in corporate finance from the Antioquia School of Engineering, an MBA - Sloan Fellows Program in Innovation and Global Leadership from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and two certifications from the same institution in sustainability and business analytics . Additionally, she has studied corporate governance in CESA, negotiation and leadership at Harvard, and Business at West London College. ‌Ana Isabel Rendón Giraldo, Director of the Distributed Energy Solutions Business Ana Isabel has over 25 years of experience in the energy and utilities sector. She is an expert in structuring energy contracts, operational efficiency, corporate sustainability, and relationship strategies with major clients. She has knowledge of renewable energy, energy efficiency, electricity and gas market regulation, and technological solutions applied to the sector. Her career highlights include roles such as Head of the Major Accounts Unit at EPM, Commercial Manager at Newnet, Regional Product Manager, and Account Manager at Internexa and Project Engineer at ISA. She is also a member of the World Energy Council in Colombia and a member of the Women's Leadership in Boards program. Ana Isabel is an electronic engineer and specialist in International Business from UPB and has a master's degree in Renewable Energies and Projects from CEUPE.
