(ISA) reports that Ernesto Pardo Becerra has been appointed as Vice President of Information Technology and will assume this position starting January 2, 2026. Olga Lucía López Marín, who is stepping down from this role-as communicated to the market on December 12, 2025-will be on vacation until February 27, 2026. Ernesto has more than 25 years of experience in the Information Technology and Telecommunications sector, nearly 10 of which have been with ISA and its companies. During this time, he has held leadership positions such as general manager of Inteia, where he drove the long-term sustainable growth strategy of this corporate intrapreneurship initiative. He also served as Business Manager for Colombia and New Markets Manager at InterNexa, boosting business growth and profitability in the country, as well as regional expansion in Latin America, with a focus on Argentina, Chile, and other international markets In addition to his experience at ISA, he has worked at companies such as Telefónica, Azteca Comunicaciones, and Unisys, where he led commercial, operational, and digital transformation strategies, managing multidisciplinary teams and projects with annual revenues exceeding USD 100 million. He holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from Universidad Santiago de Cali, a specialization in Strategic Management and Service Management from Universidad de La Sabana, and an Executive MBA from Westfield Business School. He has complemented his education with studies in leadership, executive development, and digital transformation at institutions such as Universidad Javeriana, INALDE, and ESIC Business School.
