Medellín, December 15, 2025 RELEVANT INFORMATION ISA announces the appointment of the Vice President of Growth and Business Development Interconexión Eléctrica S.A. E.S.P. (ISA) announces that Carlos Andrés Pérez Osorio will assume the role of Vice President of Growth and Business Development at ISA as of today, December 15, 2025. Carlos Andrés has more than 23 years of experience in the Oil & Gas and Energy sectors, holding strategic positions in multinational companies in Colombia and Brazil. He has led corporate transformation processes, innovation, and business development, with a focus on sustainability, profitability, growth strategies, and strategic planning. His career highlights include roles such as Chief Financial Officer and interim Chief Executive Officer at Ecopetrol Óleo e Gás do Brasil, where he drove growth strategies, financial efficiency, and energy transition, achieving milestones such as structuring offshore projects and improving the GPTW index by more than 40%. He also worked at HOCOL S.A. in various roles, including Manager of Innovation, Corporate and Digital Transformation; Manager of Strategy and Planning; and Financial Manager. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad del Rosario and a master's degree in International Business from Grenoble École de Management in France. He has complemented his education with programs in negotiation, digital transformation, and strategic finance at institutions such as MIT and Harvard.
