"This quarter's results are evidence of the consistency of our strategy of integrating organic growth, financial solidity, and operational excellence. We have been able to build a sustained trajectory thanks to the high degree of uptime of the generation assets which contributed to revenue flows in conjunction with the performance of the transmission segment. We have also advanced in the implementation of new projects as well as maintaining a proactive strategy in relation to the auctions, reinforcing our commitment to expansion and the creation of long-term sustainable value", declares ENGIE Brasil's CEO, Eduardo Sattamini. Investments advance and transmission projects are awarded new licenses The Company's total investments in the first quarter amounted to R$ 219 million and were allocated to projects involving transmission infrastructure and renewable energy generation, with important progress made in the implementation of the construction schedule for new projects. The Graúna transmission project, where the Company also took over the operation of an existing brownfield stretch, was also able to record the successful accomplishment of some key stages in the implementation schedule in relation to environmental licensing and conclusion of right-of-use land ownership negotiations. "Performance for the period was driven by a combination of energy sales volume and average net sales price, as well as transactions in the spot market, which contributed to revenue growth. Furthermore, we maintained our focus on technical excellence by meeting project timelines and expanding our pipeline. We remain confident that this momentum will continue, guided by capital discipline and a commitment to creating value for shareholders and society", says Pierre Leblanc, Chief Financial and Investor Releations Officer.
