Gross power production and net power output in 2025 increased by almost 3% y-o-y, mainly thanks to stable demand for thermal power plants despite restrained energy consumption in Russia. Gross power production and net power output dynamics varied in the regions where the company operates.
The positive dynamics of the indicator was caused by high load of Konakovskaya GRES (+13%) and Sredneuralskaya GRES (+6%) compared to the previous year thanks to demand for the power plants from the System Operator, as well as the 'low base' effect of last year due to scheduled major repairs at these plants.
The negative dynamics of the indicator was caused by decrease in demand for electricity in the South of Russia and, as a result, lower demand for Nevinnomysskaya GRES (-8%) compared to the previous year, mainly due to the 'high base' of electricity consumption during the period of high temperatures in summer 2024, supplemented by the scheduled major repairs at the plant in the Q4 2025. Decrease of the company's wind power plants output against the backdrop of less favorable weather conditions also negatively impacted the output indicator.

Heat sales decreased by 1.5% compared to 2024. The increase of sales to industrial consumers, primarily at Nevinnomysskaya GRES, was offset by decrease of sales to the population, primarily at Sredneuralskaya GRES, due to higher average temperatures during the 2025 heating season.
