NOTICE TO THE MARKETSão Paulo, November 28, 2025: ALLPARK - EMPREENDIMENTOS, PARTICIPAÇÕES E SERVIÇOS S.A. ("Company" or "Estapar"),
further to the Notice to the Market of October 23, 2025, and in response to Official Letter No. 215/2025/CVM/SRE/GER-1, dated November 27, 2025, informs its shareholders and the market in general that Fundo de Investimento Multimercado Crédito Privado Valbuena, its indirect controlling shareholder, will adopt the alternative procedure provided for in article 44, item I, of CVM Resolution No. 215, of October 29, 2024, to restore the minimum free float of 15% (fifteen percent) of the Company's shares.
The Company reiterates its commitment to the highest standards of transparency and corporate governance, and will keep its shareholders and the market in general duly informed of the occurrence of any act or material fact, in accordance with the applicable law.
