NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERSSão Paulo, March 25, 2026: ALLPARK - EMPREENDIMENTOS, PARTICIPAÇÕES E SERVIÇOS S.A. ("Company" or "Estapar"),
further to the Notice to Shareholders of April 24, 2026, informs its shareholders that, pursuant to the Board of Directors' Meeting of the Company held on this date ("BOD Meeting"), the Company will distribute, on May 29, 2026, the dividends approved in the Annual and Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, in the total amount of one million, six hundred and seventy-six thousand, twenty-three reais and twenty-six centavos (R$1,676,023.26), corresponding to a gross amount of R$0.00766361084 per common share issued by the Company.
As resolved at the BOD Meeting, the shareholders entitled to receive such dividends are those registered as such in the Company's records as of the close of business on April 24, 2026, pursuant to Article 205, caput, of the Brazilian Corporations Law.
