Notice to the Market | Conclusion of Alternative Procedure

São Paulo, January 14, 2026: ALLPARK - EMPREENDIMENTOS, PARTICIPAÇÕES E SERVIÇOS S.A. ("Company" or "Estapar"),

further to the Notice to the Market of November 28, 2025, and in response to Official Letter No. 215/2025/CVM/SRE/GER-1, dated November 27, 2025, informs its shareholders and the market in general that the minimum free float corresponding to 15% (fifteen percent) of the Company's shares has been recomposed,, within the context of the alternative procedure provided for in article 44, item I, of CVM Resolution No. 215, of October 29, 2024.

The Company reiterates its commitment to the highest standards of transparency and corporate governance, and will keep its shareholders and the market in general duly informed of the occurrence of any act or material fact, in accordance with the applicable law.
