São Paulo, May 12th, 2025 - ALLPARK EMPREENDIMENTOS PARTICIPAÇÕES E SERVIÇOS S.A. (B3: ALPK3)

("Company" or "Estapar"), in compliance with CVM Resolution No. 44 of August 23th, 2021, as amended, announces to its shareholders and the market in general that, on this date, its indirect subsidiary Z.A. DIGITAL DE SÃO PAULO SISTEMA DE ESTACIONAMENTO ROTATIVO S.A. ("Z.A. DIGITAL") filed a request for the initiation of arbitration proceedings before the Center of Arbitration and Mediation of Chamber of Commerce Brazil-Canada (CAM-CCBC) against the Municipality of São Paulo, enrolled with CNPJ under nº 46.395.000/0001-39, based on Concession Agreement nº 008/SMT/2020 signed on May 19th, 2020 ("Concession Agreement"), in order to discuss certain claims in favor to Z.A. DIGITAL under the Concession Agreement. The Company will inform about any relevant developments related to the subject, observing the confidentiality imposed on the parties in the arbitration proceedings.
