NOTICE TO THE MARKETSão Paulo, March 25, 2026: ALLPARK - EMPREENDIMENTOS, PARTICIPAÇÕES E SERVIÇOS S.A. ("Company" or "Estapar"),
further to the Notice to the Market of October 23, 2025, informs its shareholders and the market in general that, as a result of the increase in the indirect interest held by its controlling shareholder, the percentage of shares in free float of the Company ("free float") has fallen below the minimum percentage of 20% (twenty percent) of its total share capital, as required under Article 10 of the Regulamento Novo Mercado of B3 S.A. - Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão ("B3"). In this context, B3 has granted, on an exceptional basis, authorization for the extension of the deadline to reestablish the minimum free float percentage until April 23, 2027.
The Company shall maintain, in free float, shares representing at least 15.014% (fifteen point zero one four percent) of its share capital until compliance is reestablished. If such percentage is exceeded at any time during the period granted by B3, its subsequent reduction shall not be permitted until the minimum percentage required is reestablished.
As a condition to the authorization granted, the Company shall maintain a market maker engaged on a continuous basis, with the purpose of fostering the liquidity of its shares.
The Company reiterates its commitment to the highest standards of transparency and corporate governance, and will keep its shareholders and the market in general duly informed of the occurrence of any act or material fact, in accordance with the applicable law.
