hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general, in compliance with the Novo Mercado Listing Rules of B3 S.A. - Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão, that it has received, on this date, the resignation letters submitted by Mr. Joshua Edward Livingstone and Mr. Eduardo Romero from their positions as regular member and alternate member of the Company's Board of Directors, respectively.
The Company thanks Mr. Joshua Edward Livingstone and Mr. Eduardo Romero for their dedication as well as for their contributions to the Board of Directors.
