Extraordinary information NEO Property Services Zrt. - Results of the MÁV tender AKKO Invest Plc. (1118 Budapest, Dayka Gábor utca 5.; hereinafter: the Company) pursuant to § 55-56. of the Act CXX of 2001 about capital markets, and in compliance with the publication obligation prescribed by the 24/2008. (VIII.15.) PM decree provides the following information: The Company hereby informs its Shareholders that NEO Property Services Zrt., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, participated as a bidder in the open EU tender announced by MÁV Pályaműködtetési Zrt. (hereinafter: "Contracting Authority") pursuant to Section 81 of the Public Procurement Act, with the identification number EKR000631482025, for a strategic public procurement tender for a framework agreement for building construction, with a total budget of HUF 23.4 billion for the three tender sections for the duration of the framework agreements (36 months) is a total of HUF 23.4 billion for the three tender parts (hereinafter: "Framework Amount"). Upon completion of the tender, on February 13, 2026, NEO Property Services Zrt. was announced as the winner in all three tender parts. The framework agreements may be concluded with MÁV Pályaműködtetési Zrt., the entity responsible for the implementation, after the expiry of the contract moratorium, i.e. after February 23. The conclusion of the contracts does not constitute an automatic order. The Contracting Authority has undertaken a drawdown obligation of 30% of the Framework Amount and is therefore not obliged to place orders for the entire Framework Amount. If contracts are concluded after the expiry of the moratorium, the Company will inform the public in a separate announcement. Budapest, 15 February, 2026 AKKO Invest Plc.
