Extraordinary information on the appointment of the new Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO AKKO Invest Plc. (1118 Budapest, Dayka Gábor utca 5.; hereinafter: the Company) pursuant to § 55-56. of the Act CXX of 2001 about capital markets, and in compliance with the publication obligation prescribed by the 24/2008. (VIII.15.) PM decree provides the following information: AKKO Invest Plc. hereby informs its esteemed shareholders that at today's Board of Directors meeting, unanimously elected Noah Milton Steinberg as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, and Sándor Gyáfrás as the new CEO of the Company.
