Extraordinary information AKKO Invest Plc. (1118 Budapest, Dayka Gábor utca 5.; hereinafter: the Company) pursuant to § 55-56. of the Act CXX of 2001 about capital markets, and in compliance with the publication obligation prescribed by the 24/2008. (VIII.15.) PM decree provides the following information: Based on Board Resolution No. 1/2024 (XI.29) adopted by the Company's Board of Directors on 29 November 2024, the Budapest Stock Exchange Plc., by its resolution No. 186/2025., introduces into exchange trading 6.671.039 dematerialised, registered "C" series ordinary securities of the Company, each with a nominal value of HUF 25 and a total nominal value of HUF 166.775.975, as of 22 April 2025.
