(VIII.15.) PM decree provides the following information: The Company hereby informs its Shareholders that in connection with the extraordinary information published on April 8, 2026 - on the winning of the Lot No. 3: "Maintenance and Repair" service package of the tender for the "Provision of full-scale FM services for properties outside the scope of operations operated by MVM Services Zrt. in rental properties owned and used by the MVM Group" for a 3+1+1 year service period - the contract was signed yesterday.
