Extraordinary Announcement On the result of the MVM tender - NEO Property Services Ltd. AKKO Invest Plc. (registered office: 5 Dayka Gábor Street, Budapest 1118; hereinafter: the "Company"), in compliance with its disclosure obligations pursuant to Sections 55-56 of Act CXX of 2001 on the Capital Market and Decree No. 24/2008 (VIII.15.) of the Ministry of Finance, hereby provides the following information: The Company hereby informs its esteemed shareholders that its wholly owned subsidiary, NEO Property Services Ltd., participated as a bidder in the tender announced by MVM Services Ltd. titled: "Provision of comprehensive FM services for properties outside the operational scope of MVM Services Ltd., located in premises owned and used by the MVM Group" for a service period of 3+1+1 years (hereinafter: the "Tender"). Following the conclusion of the Tender, on April 7, 2026, NEO Property Services Ltd. was announced as the winner in relation to Lot No. 3 of the Tender: "Maintenance and Repair" service package ("Execution of maintenance and repair activities in facilities operated by MVM Services Ltd. and owned or leased by the MVM Group, management of contracts related to these activities, and operation of a hotline system"). The value of the contract for the service period from June 1, 2026 to May 31, 2029 - excluding optional items - is approximately HUF 2.95 billion. The contract with MVM Services Ltd. is expected to be signed by April 30, 2026, about which the Company will inform the public in a separate announcement. Budapest, April 8, 2026 AKKO Invest Plc.
