Gregory Beischer

Mr. Beischer is a seasoned explorationist with a solid track record of success, now leading the team at Alaska Energy Metals Corporation. As a founder of predecessor company Millrock Resources, he led the team that built a successful “Project Generator” company that attracted in excess of US$50 million in capital from major mining companies, junior explorers, and investors over a 15-year span. Previously with INCO Ltd., Mr. Beischer is highly knowledgeable on the geology of magmatic nickel–copper–platinum deposits.
Also, Mr. Beischer had a period of work with the Bristol Bay Native Corporation, where he forged connections across Alaska. He is a geologist and mining engineering technologist, having graduated from Laurentian University (1987), Sudbury, Ontario, and the Haileybury School of Mines (1981), Haileybury, Ontario, Canada. Mr. Beischer is a certified professional geologist (#10505) with the American Institute of Professional Geologists. Mr. Beischer is the past President of the Alaska Miner’s Association, sits on the Board of Alaska’s Resource Development Corporation, and serves on the Alaska Minerals Commission. He lives in Anchorage, Alaska.
Bonnie Broman
VP Exploration at American Copper Development Corp.
Ms. Broman has over 15 years of experience in the natural resource sector most often working in remote exploration sites throughout Alaska and Montana – including the Ambler Mining VMS District, the operating Nixon Fork high grade skarn gold mine, and the Black Butte Copper deposit. She has managed remote logistics and training on several projects as well as having experience working with remote communities. She has been responsible for target generation and geological modeling in addition to QA/QC and database management. Database management includes designing logging systems to record all manner of geological, geochemical and geotechnical data, GIS data management, and QA/QC protocols as well as manipulating data by using 3D modeling tools. In addition, she has several years’ experience working in the environmental clean-up industry focused on assessment of site infrastructure related to re-development. Ms. Broman holds a Master’s degree from the University of Alaska – Fairbanks completing a geochemical and geo-metallurgical study of the Arctic volcanogenic massive sulfide deposit located in the Ambler Mining District; and an undergraduate degree from Appalachian State University in North Carolina.
Simon Dyakowski
President, CEO, & Director at Aztec Minerals
Mr. Dyakowski brings to Aztec over 12 years of corporate development and capital markets experience, with an expertise in strategic planning and execution, financing, and marketing of exploration companies.
Mr. Dyakowski most recently acted as an adviser to TSX Venture Exchange listed mineral exploration companies on their corporate development strategies. Mr. Dyakowski holds an MBA from the University of British Columbia, is a CFA charter holder and holds an undergraduate finance degree from the University of Western Ontario. He previously worked at the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ and Royal Bank of Canada dealing with investment-grade and mid-market Canadian corporate clients. Mr. Dyakowski has also worked in the equity research and equity sales departments at Salman Partners and Leede Financial.
Tara Christie

Ms. Christie has served as President & CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of Banyan since 2016. She has over 26 years of experience in the exploration and mining business. Prior to that, Ms. Christie was President of privately owned Gimlex Gold Mines Ltd. (2006-2016), one of Yukon's largest placer mining operations and consulted in exploration, mining, environmental assessment, government, community and First Nation relations, including working with First Nation development corporations. She is currently a member of the board of Western Copper and Gold Corporation. Ms. Christie previously served as a board member of Osisko Green Acquisition Limited, Constantine Metal Resources Ltd., Klondike Gold Corp., PDAC, AMEBC and other industry associations and was a founding board member of the Yukon Environmental and Socio-Economic Assessment Board (2004-2016). She is active in non-profits and charities, including being President of "Every Student, Every Day", a charity that works to improve attendance in Yukon schools. Ms. Christie has B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees from the University of British Columbia and is a registered professional engineer in British Columbia and Yukon.

Ryan King
Senior VP Corporate Development and Investor Relations at Calibre Mining
Ryan King has over 15 years of experience in increasingly senior capacities in capital markets in the resource sector. Mr.King was previously responsible for leading the investor relations activities for Newmarket Gold, as the company completed a $2 billion transformational merger with Kirkland Lake Gold. Before joining Newmarket Gold, he was involved in starting Terrane Metals which owned the Mount Milligan Copper-Gold Project in British Columbia, Canada. From 2006 to 2010, Mr.King was involved in financing, corporate development, and investor relations for Terrane Metals as well as assisting with the acquisition of Terrane Metals in 2010 by Thompson Creek for $800 million. He brings an established approach to business in the natural resource sector, with specific and targeted applications for delivering shareholder value in the mining industry. During his career, he has assisted in raising $350 million for previous companies. Mr.King holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Royal Roads University in British Columbia, Canada. He currently sits on the Board of Newcore Gold and Edgewater Exploration Ltd.
Marco Roque
President, CEO, & Director at Cassiar Gold
Mr. Roque started his career in private banking with Millennium BCP, a large Portuguese bank and joined Barclays Capital in 2007, where for several years he spearheaded the Portuguese derivatives and structured products team with a focus on commodities. He is a co-founder of Reyna Silver, a silver exploration company with a portfolio of Mexican silver assets, built around two assets that formed part of MAG Silver’s original IPO.
Mr. Roque is also a co-founder and director of Arabian Shield Resources, a private mining company engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and development of mining assets in the Arabian-Nubian Shield and surrounding regions of the Middle-East.
Marco is a CFA charter holder, earned an MBA from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and London Business School, a Masters in Finance from Nova School of Business and Economics in Lisbon as well as an undergraduate Management degree from the same school.
Spiros Cacos

Mr. Cacos has over 20 years of investor relations experience working with public mining companies, ranging from early-stage exploration and development to production. Most recently, Mr. Cacos served as Vice President, Investor Relations for First Mining Gold, a Canadian gold development company listed on the TSX and OTCQX, focused on the development and permitting of the Springpole Gold Project, one of the largest undeveloped gold projects in Canada. His prior roles include serving as Vice President, Investor Relations for Group Eleven Resources Corp., a mineral exploration company focused on advanced stage zinc exploration in Ireland, and as Director of Investor Relations for Great Panther Mining Limited (formerly Great Panther Silver Limited), a primary silver mining company listed on the TSX and the NYSE with two mining operations in Mexico. Mr. Cacos holds a Master's degree in International Relations and Diplomacy, from the Schiller International University in Paris, France, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Simon Fraser University in British Columbia, Canada.
Rick Van Nieuwenhuyse

Mr. Van Nieuwenhuyse was appointed to serve as President, Chief Executive Officer, and director of the Company effective January 6, 2020. He previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Trilogy Metals Inc. from January 2012 until December 2019. Between May 1999 and January of 2012, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of NOVAGOLD, Inc, a company that he founded. He served as the Vice President of Exploration for Placer Dome from 1990 to 1997. Mr. Van Nieuwenhuyse holds a Candidature degree in Science from Université de Louvain, Belgium and a Master of Science degree in Geology from the University of Arizona. Mr. Van Nieuwenhuyse currently serves on the board of directors of Alexco Resource Corp. He served on the board of directors of Sandfire Resources America, Inc. (formerly, Tintina Resources Inc.) from 2008 until 2016. Brandon Macdonald

Brandon is a registered Professional Geologist with diverse experience focusing primarily on international exploration geology and investment banking in the metals and mining sector.
Brandon began his career working in structuring financings and risk management at Macquarie Bank in London, England. After graduating from his MBA (with Distinction) at Oxford University, Brandon returned to the mining sector and for the last 10 years has focused his efforts on exploration and development working as a Director, Chief Financial Officer and/or Consultant to various junior mining companies in Canada. In 2016, he was appointed as CEO and Director of Fireweed Zinc Ltd. where his long history of mining exploration work, specifically focused on zinc projects in the Yukon, is advantageous to the projects. Brandon originally hails from Ross River, YT, near the Macmillan Pass Project site.

Carl Gutsche

Keith Henderson

Mr. Henderson has 25 years’ global experience in the mineral exploration industry throughout Africa, Europe, and North and South America. He was educated in Europe, graduating with B.Sc. (Hons) and M.Sc. in geology and has extensive experience in multiple mineral deposit types and commodities. Keith worked with Anglo American Exploration in Europe and North America, leading a number of exploration projects and ultimately, he was appointed project manager for Anglo Coal as the company made its first entry into Canada. In 2007, Keith joined Cardero Resource Corp. as Executive Vice-President, where he played a critical role in advancing the Pampa de Pongo through a positive scoping study and ultimate sale for US$100 million cash. He was formerly President & CEO at Dorato Resources and is currently President & CEO at Velocity Minerals Inc. (TSX.V: VLC), focused on gold exploration in Bulgaria. Keith serves on the board of several public companies.
Luke Alexander
President, CEO, & Director at Newcore Gold
Luke Alexander brings extensive resource sector experience, knowledge and contacts to Newcore, particularly in West Africa. He has raised billions of dollars and structured deals for major mining companies while advising some of the world’s top institutional investment funds. Mr. Alexander began his investment banking career in the private client group at BMO Nesbitt Burns in Toronto, then started up an equity trading desk for Toronto Dominion in London before doing the same for National Bank. In 2008, he became senior partner at GMP Securities in London. Throughout his investment banking career, he helped fund many major resource projects in West Africa. In 2018, Mr. Alexander founded Park Road Capital, a Vancouver-based, natural resource focused consulting company where he continued to leverage his relationships in London.
Blaine Monaghan

He has been involved in capital raises totaling more than $100 million for exploration projects around the globe and has worked with a number of companies that were subject to M&A, including True Gold Mining Inc. Jason Mercier

Mr. Mercier is an investor and media relations professional with more than 20 years of experience acquired in a range of mining companies, from exploration-stage juniors to a $15 billion market cap producer. Most recently, he was the global investor relations, and external communications lead for a base and precious metals producer with mines in Canada, Burkina Faso, and Namibia. Mr. Mercier’s past communications successes are grounded in a journalism degree, and he has significant experience building investor support at the institutional, family office, and retail levels.
Chris Fogg

Chris has a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies and Government as well as a master’s degree in Mineral and Energy Economics. He also has over seven years of experience in Investor Relations and Corporate Development. At Perpetua, Chris is responsible for leading our investor relations program and ensuring that our investment thesis is well understood by all of our stakeholders. He believes that our goal of redeveloping an abandoned mine site ultimately restoring the site, represents the new model of American mining. Christopher Ritchie

Chris Ritchie is a financial markets professional with 15 years of experience in resource based capital markets including investment banking, marketing, corporate strategy, network and risk management. Mr. Ritchie earned a B.A from Miami University (Ohio) in 1997 and a MBA in finance from Dalhousie University in 2000.
Mr. Ritchie spent just under three years in risk management at Marsh & McLennan and Liberty International before he moved into trading and institutional equity sales at UBS, Canaccord Financial and National Bank Financial. Mr. Ritchie has developed extensive networks that enable him to support companies of differing sizes and across industries to cost efficiently raise capital, develop communications strategies and create market awareness.
During the past eight years, Mr. Ritchie (through National Bank Financial and Canaccord Genuity) has been a key financial advisor and partner to the previous and current SilverCrest teams through the development of Santa Elena, the sale of the SilverCrest Mines to First Majestic Silver Corp. and the three financings for SilverCrest Metals. This relationship provides strong continuity as he transitions to his new role.
Chris is an avid sportsman holding national titles in tennis and was a member of the Canadian National Australian Rules Football team. He will be based in Toronto to help broaden SilverCrest Metals’ market presence but will balance his time in Vancouver and on the road as corporate needs dictate.
