Mr. Ackert began his career as a regional geologist with St. Joe Minerals, Bond Gold Canada and LAC Minerals in the 1980s. In 1990 he became mine geologist at LAC Minerals’ Golden Patricia Mine (Barrick Gold Corp after 1994) where he specialized in production and exploration. In 1996 he was appointed VPEx for Orezone Resources Inc. focusing on West Africa and was subsequently named VP Technical Services in 2005.
Mr. Ackert was a co-founder of C3 Metals, a successful explorer for copper in Peru and Jamaica where several significant porphyries and skarns have been discovered.
Mr. Ackert holds a BSc. In Geology from the University of Toronto.

Speaker 1: So with all that out of the way I'll hand things over to you Jeff to to get it started. Speaker 2: Thank you Kyle it's a pleasure to be here and working with 6 Speaker 2: and a great opportunity to tell people about our company. Speaker 2: Just a quick Speaker 2: history, Speaker 2: Cascade Co-oper was started about a year ago. We listed on the CSE Speaker 2: at under the ticker symbol C-A-S-C Speaker 2: and Speaker 2: became public about April, end of April last year. So that was 2023. Speaker 2: So brand new company, Speaker 2: brand new story, Speaker 2: but with Speaker 2: a great commodity.
