Mr. Komavli brings experience in Industrial Engineering, capital markets, corporate communication as well as project management. A University of Toronto graduate with a focus on Information Systems, Mr. Komavli has a proven track record in optimizing operations, co-founding software startups, and driving strategic initiatives. Investing in the resource and exploration sector for near a decade, Mr. Komavli brings a passion and focused business acumen to augment the Board.
Mr. Ackert began his career as a regional geologist with St. Joe Minerals, Bond Gold Canada and LAC Minerals in the 1980s. In 1990 he became mine geologist at LAC Minerals’ Golden Patricia Mine (Barrick Gold Corp after 1994) where he specialized in production and exploration. In 1996 he was appointed VPEx for Orezone Resources Inc. focusing on West Africa and was subsequently named VP Technical Services in 2005.
Mr. Ackert was a co-founder of C3 Metals, a successful explorer for copper in Peru and Jamaica where several significant porphyries and skarns have been discovered.
Mr. Ackert holds a BSc. In Geology from the University of Toronto.
Mr. Bosse is an investor with three decades of experience in commodities, as well as both private and public equity. Brian has served as a business turnaround specialist for several Canadian investment firms. He spent a decade restructuring equity sales and trading departments, as well as proprietary investment divisions. Brian began his career as a Toronto Stock Exchange floor trader in 1995 following an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University’s School of Business and Economics. He became a CFA charter holder in 2001. From 2012 until 2016 Brian ran the Goodman Bluespring mutual fund. From 2018 until 2024 Mr. Bosse was integral to the very successful restructuring of Zenyatta Ventures into both Zentek Ltd. (Nasdaq: ZTEK) plus Albany Graphite Corporation. He is the largest shareholder of CUPANI Metals Corp.

We're joined by Noah Kamovly, President of Ashley Gold, Jeff Ackert, President and CEO at Cascade Copper, Nick Michael, President and CEO at Golden Access Mining Corp. Brian Boss, CEO at Coupani Metals. These gentlemen represent 4 junior explorers across Canada. The format today is designed to get you interested in a company you may not have heard of before and hopefully spark enough interest that you'll want to learn more. And I think the best way to lit the foundation is I'd like to ask each of you to talk about your particular district you're exploring in and why it has your attention right now. And we'll start with you, Noah. Well, that's a great question. Ashley Gold is centered in the Eagle-Wabagoon Greenstone Belt of Northwestern Ontario. So that's the Dryden-Soo lookout area. Why we're focused there is it's historically been very underexplored. And then there's a lot of big companies in the area like NexGold, Mining Corp, Dryden Gold Corp. It's infrastructure rich, so it's got highways, power, rail, and a skilled workforce. So it's got all the right ingredients to support future mining activities. And then it doesn't have the same heavily or densely drilled land as some of the other greenstone belts in Ontario. We're excited to be working in that area of Canada. Great.
