NOTIFICATION OF CLOSED PERIOD FOR APPROVAL OF AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR FULL YEAR ENDING 3OTH SEPTE51BER 2025
In compliance with the post-listing requirements of The Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), VITAFOAM NIGERIA PLC (the Company) will commence a closed period for trading in the Company's shares from 1st October, 2025 until 24 hours after the Audited Financial Statements for the year ending 30th September, 2025 is filed with the NGX and released to the public.
Consequently, no insiders of the Company and their connected persons shall deal in the shares of the company when the trading window is close
