VITAFOAM NIGERIA PLC - OUTCOME OF BOARD MEETING
This is to inform the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX} and the investing public that the Board of Directors of Vitafoam Nigeria Plc (the Company) at the meeting held on Thursday 18'h December, 2025, considered and approved the consolidated Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 30°h September, 2025 and dividend recommendation, among others.
The Audited Accounts will therefore be filed with the regulators and released to the investing public through the issuers' portal on or before the due date of 29'h December, 2025.
Consequently, the closed period earlier communicated for trading in the shares of the company by insiders and their connected persons, directly or indirectly shall continue until 24 hours after the Audited Financial Statements have been filed.
