This is to notify the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and the investing public that Mr. Joseph Alegbesogie, the Finance Director/CFO of Vitafoam Nigeria Plc (the Company) has retired from service with effect from 7*h April 2025, having attained the retirement age of sixty (60) years.
The Board and Management of the Company express profound appreciation to Mr. Aleg besogie for his sterling contributions to the progress of the Company during his tenure as the Finance Director and wish him well in his endeavours.
