This is to notify Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and the investing public that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Vitafoam Nigeria Plc (the Company) will be held on Thursday, 18*h December 2025, to discuss and approve amongst others, the following :

1. the Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 30°h

   September 2025;

2. to Fix the date of the 2026 Annual General Meeting of the

   Company; and

3. to discuss matters relating to dividend recommendation.

Accordingly, and in compliance with the post-listing requirements of NGX, the Closed Period for trading in the Company's shares by insiders which commenced from 1st October 2025, will continue until twenty-four

(24) hours after the announcement of the results.
