Diisseldorf, 4 November 2025 - Vantage Towers AG ("Vantage Towers") announces that the company's Supervisory Board has appointed Martin Bouchard as a management board member and its new Chief Executive Officer ("CEO"). Bouchard will take up his position on 1 May 2026. He succeeds Nicolas Mahler, who has been leading the company on an interim basis since 1 September 2025, in addition to his role as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of Vantage Towers. From 1 May 2026, he will again focus entirely on his role as CFO.

Martin Bouchard has more than 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. As CEO of ATC Germany Holdings GmbH, he successfully realigned the company and put it on a growth path. Prior to that, he was the Chief Operating Officer at DFMG Deutsche Funkturm GmbH, where he played a key role in accelerating operational and commercial performance in the German and Austrian markets. Earlier in his career, he held various leadership positions at Deutsche Telekom, including Senior Vice President Technical Planning and Rollout, where he was responsible for the expansion and modernisation of the mobile network as well as extensive digitalisation and efficiency programmes.
