Diisseldorf, 4 May 2026 - Martin Bouchard assumed the position of Chairman of the
Management Board and Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of Vantage Towers AG ("Vantage Towers") on 1 May 2026. He succeeds Nicolas Mahler, who had led the company on an interim basis from 1 September 2025 to 30 April 2026 alongside his role as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of Vantage Towers.

Martin Bouchard brings more than 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior to joining Vantage Towers, he served as CEO of ATC Germany Holdings GmbH. Before that, he held senior management positions at DFMG Deutsche Funkturm GmbH and Deutsche Telekom.
